This policy explains how Limitless Health ("Limitless Health", "we", "us"), [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, legal review], collects, uses and protects information when you visit limitlesshealth.care or ask us about health insurance.
The short version
- We use what you give us to have one licensed advisor contact you about private health insurance options.
- We never sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with other agencies, call centers or lead buyers.
- We call or text you only with your consent. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Information we collect
- What you enter: first and last name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code and state, who needs coverage, and the option you choose to describe your situation. We do not ask about medical conditions or income on this website.
- Your consent record: the exact consent wording shown to you, its version and the date and time you agreed.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source) and advertising click identifiers.
How we use it
- To have a licensed Limitless Health advisor for your state contact you by phone, text or email about the options you asked about.
- To keep a record of your consent and honor opt-out requests.
- To run and secure the website and to understand whether our advertising is working.
- To meet legal, licensing and regulatory duties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under contracts that limit how they use it: website hosting, email delivery, our customer relationship system and, if you apply, the insurance company you choose to apply with. We may disclose information when required by law.
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a conversion event with your contact details in hashed (encoded) form, plus technical details such as your IP address and browser. We do not send your answers to the quiz questions. You can turn this off below, and we automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.
Your privacy choices
Use this switch to turn off advertising measurement on this browser. It stops the Meta Pixel and any analytics from loading, and tells our server not to send a conversion event for your request.
You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@limitlesshealth.care. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for using them.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box, you agree that Limitless Health and its licensed advisors may call and text the number you gave, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage to remember your quiz progress, keep a request safe if your connection drops, and measure ad results (the _fbc and _fbp cookies). We do not use a cookie banner because we do not load third-party scripts beyond Meta measurement, and you can turn that off above.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and licensing record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them. [Retention period, legal review]
Security
We use encryption in transit and limit access to the people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
